containers and have sent the photos as attached in this email. First available date of shipment
of these containers via the sea is August 2, 2022.

The insurance for 2 oxygen plants purchased by ANMF from the US is paid separately. The insurance
for ANMF's 3rd plant is made together with the rest of the 7 plants from other consortium member
organizations. Medioxy made those payments and they will bill ANMF Nepal separately at a
later date.

Flash Freight Logistics will be doing the sea transportation for free from France to Birgunj
(as noted on the MOU

signed on 7/8/22). The MOU signed on 3/24/22 had Cargo Packers as the
carrier but that has changed as Flash Freight Logistics has agreed to bear the cost of sea
transportation. The earliest departure is scheduled on 18-20 July. ETA is August 24th (see
Booking Receipt Notice).
Any extra cost that ANMF has to bear will be for the travel insurance (which is 0.01% of the total
value and Medioxy will be getting the quotes), any taxes during custom clearances, and transportation
of plants from Birgunj to respective hospital.

Nepal Airlines has issued a
Letter of Intent
to award the transportation contract to Flash Freight. The carrier needs surplus funds
to complete the transportation of the oxygen plants, details about shipping oxygen
plants from France to Nepal to be confirmed in the next few days by the carrier.

Since September 23 approval for additional funding, Nepal Airline
Corporation (NAC) put out a 30-day quotation bid for the air-freight(9/20/21-
10/20/21), the formal documentation not yet
available. Only one company submitted a bid. Exact gid is unclear, but
definitely more than the earlier number. The
Ministry of Health is covering this cost and meetings between the three
parties are underway but MOH is reluctant to pay this higher price. We hope to
know the details in a few more days to come. There is a possibility that the
Consortium may have to cover the difference for anything above 275k. Any funds
needed will go through ANMF Nepal to the Letter of Credit opened by the vendor, Medoxy.
The last resort would be to transport the plant via sea route.
The amount of about $15,000 is based on a handling charge in Paris (based on
the weight of the freight) and other costs that will be incurred in Nepal based on
the breakdown submitted by Mission Rebuild Nepal.

On the oxygen plants from France, the Government of Nepal has formally decided to pay for the airlifting of the plants
and has directed Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) to identify the freight carrier. NAC is following its procedures to
identify a suitable carrier. In the meantime, Mission Rebuild Nepal (MRN) has asked ANMF to consider bearing the costs
of cargo handling at the Paris Airport (other members in our consortium will not be funding the cost there). MRN is asking
that others in the consortium bear the cost of handling all the plants and transportation in Nepal so that ANMF does not have
to bear the cost there. The exact numbers on the costs are not known yet as the freight carrier has not been identified so far.
